Radio Stitch - Help Raise funds For Us

As a fully self-supportive Registered Charity, we receive no regular financial support from either the North Tees & Hartlepool NHS Trust or other organisations. Instead, we rely entirely upon the support of our members and listeners to enable us to maintain a fully sustained service year on year.

Running a Hospital Radio Station is an expensive business. Besides the day-to-day running costs, we have to ensure that funds are in place to pay for Insurance, HBA Membership, and, most importantly, Music & Computer Software licenses.

As part of our commitment to being accessible to all members of the local community, including those who are less able-bodied, we are currently seeking funding to be made available to allow us to conclude the refurbishment of our complex at the North Tees site. Works on this was started in 2009, and is expected to cost around £15,000 to complete.
